YOGI PLAYLIST VOL. 6 X MY FIRST YOGA CLASS (CHANCE, SADE, KEHLANI, JOEY BADA$$, MIGUEL)

So for my first class, I decided to create a high energy session with some current tracks for a little bit of motivation and emotion. I wanted to take them on a journey. I have MANY MORE ideas to revamp this set and I would really like to work with my friend DJ Grumble. I know you saw that text, hit me up when you see this lol.

I'm going to try to go a little more instrumental next time around and mess with some Kaytranada, GoldLink, and Wale soon. I'm trying to use the music piece as an essential component to my class. I really tried to not include any profanity so I made sure they were non-explicit. But at some point, I will design a separate class without censorship.

So far I think the first and last songs are really key to helping my students get centered and focus inward. The rest is honestly for hype purposes, it's more of a Power Flow Class. So you're getting a good workout with an ab warm up, poses that work the core, deep stretching and a lot of vinyasas. My hope was to help my class get really peaceful and lit at once.

Until then, cheers to my first shot at making a playlist to get you up and moving.
