Get to know me through the music that inspires my practice! I love all kinds of music, as I used to play the piano and flute as a kid. Growing up, I was exposed to a wide range of genres and studied music in school and in private lessons. I have an appreciation for soul, funk, jazz/acid fusion, hip hop, reggae, calypso, classical, r&b, rap, and more! I remember my first symphony and loving the sounds of the orchestra. Music is so important to my practice because it puts the best vibe in the room when I am looking to be creative, try a new pose, or just work on what I already know. My first post is dedicated to Yasiin Bey, the Pharcyde, and Dam Funk. Here's a set for your next yoga session.
