Colorways is a podcast that i have longed to produce for years and it’s finally time to speak on what I know and what i’ve learned. This project is dedicated to multiethnic bodies of culture, to people of color and those affiliated with the bipoc community. I am a combination, or colorway, and that is my superpower - it’s what makes me unique. I hope that you will join me on this journey.

The big misconception about being mixed is that a lot of people think they can categorize you. It's so hard when people tell you that you're overthinking it, that you're paranoid. I've felt invisible sitting in a room hearing people speak racial slurs and not knowing you're black.

Being part pacific islander and part african american, I truly understand the intersection between cultures. And I also felt the pain that my parents endured. Growing up multiracial was a struggle.
