I wanted to continue to offer great content to my readers and fellow yogis and wellness lovers. So last week, I was thrilled to announce a brand new yoga fitness video series on my IG called LIFEONAMAT YOGA SERIES!
This is a series where you can find all of my wellness, yoga and fitness in one place. I wanted to create an outlet where I could combine my love for both yoga and science-backed lifestyle tips to help you build better habits and intentions everyday. By knowing WHY we want to make changes and learning HOW the body ignites the change, we are then connected to WHAT we want to change.
