WHERE DO YOU TEACH?

What types of clients do you work with?

i’ve worked with all types of individuals including children, teens, and adults. i work with many clients looking to relieve back / shoulder / neck pain. i also provide classes for first responders + police officers.

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

ALWAYS BRING YOUR OWN MAT, TOWEL, AND WATER. WEAR COMFORTABLE YOGAWEAR OR ATHLEISURE.

i have an injury, can i take your class?

yes you may, as long as i am informed of your injury ahead of time. you will also need approval by your doctor or physical therapist. yoga can be a great way to improve elasticity and strength in the nervous, skeletal + muscular systems.
