I love a good snack, sometimes I want something savory, other times it could be something salty or fruity. These are my favorite go-to healthy snacks that I've eaten over the years because they're perfect for cravings! Plus I find them to be rich in protein, vitamins, and anti-oxidants. Many of these snacks are either vegan or vegetarian, non-GMO, and/or gluten-free! I sometimes don't eat full meals, so these really get me through the day. When we take care of our bodies, we nourish our chakras, we give ourselves the right energy.
