CELEBRATE #SMALLBUSINESSSATURDAY
Happy belated thanksgiving and friendsgiving to all of my friends, family and lifeonamat followers! You guys have really made me a happy yogi this year, I have so much I am grateful for!
This year, I'm most thankful for the encouragement from all of the positive people and places that I've encountered throughout 2017. I'm also thankful for all of my students who have attended my classes since I began teaching this past may. Lastly, I look inward and feel grateful for finding the persistence, determination, and grit to never give up! It's taken so much brain power and physical strength, but I'm so glad I've stuck to it and believed in myself. It's been a challenging year but it's allowed me to live my life for me, to be my most genuine self and that's what I love most. It's about growth, courage, and happiness.
Lifeonamat is about uplifting and motiving others to be their best self, at your own pace, in your own time. It's feels great to give back! My goal for 2018 is to continue to provide health, wellness, and lifestyle tips. My hope is that you will find your best version of you!! Join me for #smallbusinesssaturday and let's work together!
YOUR YOGA CLASS IS WAITING
Since it's post-black friday and pre-cyber monday, I want to celebrate small business saturday with you to formally introduce all of my classes to you! I'm offering the following:
30 minute and 60 minute classes for individuals as well as class packages!
You can also purchase a group class for you and your friends. This is a great option if you're planning a spa weekend or fun weekend afternoon.
If you want to try something a little more, then take the lit yoga class and get heated to a mix of hip hop, reggae, r&b, and trap.
If you're a business, school or organization looking to destress your employees, clients, students, or customers, please feel free to book me as well!
