CAMEL POSE (USTRASANA) HOW TO

Starting off on your knees, place your hands behind your back firmly. We want a strong core, so squeeze your butt as well.
Take a deep breath, drawing your rib cage and sternum upward and out, open your Heart Chakra.
Gazing up toward the ceiling, begin to bend backward, taking in deep breaths.
Place your right hand onto your right heel, left hand onto left heel.
Slowing push your stomach and chest forward, continue deep inhales and exhales.
To safely get out of this pose, place your hands on your lower back and raise up gently.

Works the thyroid, parathyroid, and throat muscles.
Stretches the back, neck, and spine, giving your body more range of motion, increasing flexibility.
