Begins with true acceptance of the mind-body. It is the acceptance of all past actions, limiting beliefs and egoism.

 

I invite you to listen to my voice. Allow yourself to be guided in this meditation for self empowerment and acceptance. As you follow along, simply focus on following the rhythm of your breath. No matter what is occurring around you, lean in to your own heart center and allow my words to breath life directly into yours.
