THE MANIFEST WORKSHEET: FOR YOUR MONTHLY ASPIRATIONS

 
 

Do you ever feel like you have specific tasks or goals that seem like they’ll take forever? Do you ever get started but begin to zone out halfway through? Then you start wondering if it was truly your passion or ever vital at all? Well this is an indication that you need some structure and discipline. This is a sign that these goals ARE indeed critical to your life path or purpose. The mind is simply finding ways to move around the challenge, because that’s what our mind-bodies do!

Part of starting your wellness journey is about creating real attainable and actionable change. Sometimes the best way to figure out your strategy is by writing down what it is that you want to accomplish. Yes - there’s tons of resources and products out there that can be of help. However, when creating momentum and flow, I find it best to simplify your tasks. That’s why I designed the Manifest Worksheet!

First, write down your mantra for the month. Your mantra can be any inspirational statement or simple phrase: I don’t chase, I attract. Then write down 2 or 3 small goals for the month. Next, write down how you want to feel upon completion. Is it relaxed or more confident? Maybe you want to feel productive or more authentic! Whatever it is, this part will help you tap into the felt sense of accomplishment. This is your moment to visualize! Lastly, write down a few habits that will help keep you on track. For example, maybe it’s meditation 10 minutes a day or going to the gym every MWF. For me, it’s avoiding the bakery section of any grocery store!

Now that you have your sheet complete, put it on your bathroom mirror or on your desk, somewhere visible. Don’t forget to repeat your mantra every day!
